These are nice people to do business with. I purchased a 2022 Explorer in Jan 2023 which I totaled in March 2024. I had purchased an extended warranty on the Explorer at Zeigler Ford, so I w I purchased a 2022 Explorer in Jan 2023 which I totaled in March 2024. I had purchased an extended warranty on the Explorer at Zeigler Ford, so I went there and requested to speak to the sales manager (Johnny). I asked him whether I would be able to transfer my extended warranty on my totaled Explorer to a new vehicle purchased through their dealership. He assured me that I could, and he handed me off to a salesman (Malik) who was knowledgeable, patient and kind. After picking out a vehicle and negotiating a price, Malik sent me to the finance guy (Yasin) who printed out all of the documents for me to sign, including a new extended warranty. Except for parting with a sizable chunk of cash, the entire process was painless. This experience was even superior to the one I had at this same dealership in Jan 2023 when I bought the 2022 Explorer. More
