There's no getting bounced around from person to person. Before my test drive, Mauro was great at explaining all the features of the Bronco sport I was looking at. He also got the appraisal process on my trade-in going while I test-drove the Bronco. Since it was my first time buying a car, he was fantastic at walking me through all the paperwork and the options available that could be added on. John explained the financing options and paperwork very well, making that part of the car-buying experience a breeze.
