Made appointment ahead of time, Dealership open while under construction, Arrive for appointment 7:30 AM was told I would have to drop my car off, I could not wait on site. TERRIBLE SERVICE! !! We called as soon as Service opened on a Friday to ask if the car could be brought in that day. We were told: “No, bring it on Monday at 9:30, th !! We called as soon as Service opened on a Friday to ask if the car could be brought in that day. We were told: “No, bring it on Monday at 9:30, that’s the earliest appt. that we can give you.” We dropped the car off an hour early. It has sat there for OVER 9 hours & NO ONE has even bothered to look at it because “they’re too busy!” Since when is an appointment scheduled & then NOTHING done on it??? They did NOT even call us to tell us there was a delay! We had to keep calling them! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place to do business!!! Don’t waste your time or money - - GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!! Their final upshot: “We’ll TRY to get it in tomorrow!” Yah, you do that. You TRY.really hard. We will NOT be back again More

I am giving one star because there is no less. Do not buy your vehicle from this place because they will sell you car that was in accident as a car not being in accident and with a defect hidden n Do not buy your vehicle from this place because they will sell you car that was in accident as a car not being in accident and with a defect hidden not fixed as they did to me. I both a car, they stated and insisted car was not in accident because I didn't want car that was in accident previously. After I left the place signal for law wash liquid showed. I filled it up but again after few hours same thing happened. I scheduled vehicle inspection in Land Rover service and they found out that the car was in accident that front part of the car was not fixed inside, just glued together. Dealership never inspected vehicle and sold me a car as vehicle not being in accident. I called Zeigler Northriverside to asked them why did they lie, and what are they going to do about it, how can they sell you car as never being in accident if it was, they denied any responsibility. Worst experience ever, do not buy car here they will scam you. More
