1. I contacted your dealership Friday, on Stock#3219. I was followed up by a robot/3rd party text service as it was before your business hours, and they made it clear that someone would follow up. 2. Please note the Price! 3. I never heard from anyone so I called the mainline. They looked up my number, and said Yesenia was taking care of my inquiry and that she would be getting back to me. 4. After 2 calls to Yesenia, I made it very clear I was still awaiting the final invoice, and how I could do a down payment. She then told me because I was “out of state” my price was $44,XXX, and the price of the vehicle was switched to $41,105 on the website($1000 dealer mark up over MSRP.) This is bait and switch. Not only did the price change, I had to inquire of her to get this information, she still had not emailed or talked to a manager. 5. After receiving nothing, I texted the customer care team, and Yesenia asking to speak with someone else, knowing that inventory is hard to come by and that this would indeed sell if I didn’t do my due diligence. 6. I received a call from Yesenia Monday morning after making a request via text for a different salesperson saying, “Sorry you picked our busiest day. I will talk with my manager and get this over to you.” 7. I then get a voicemail from Rick (9:58AM), stating he needed to clarify if I was a first responder or military for purpose of the rebate. 8. I get another voicemail from Rick (10:25am) saying it was sold on Saturday, but he wanted to talk to me about the other options in stock. This is almost laughable as no one at your facility took the time to understand the Trim, Engine, or any information I was requesting, and the other models on the lot are not even a comparable vehicle to the First edition Bronco Sport. Over 10k MSRP difference. More

Buyer Beware! I took my 76 old mother to buy a car at Ziegler in North Riverside. We found a car she liked set an appointment and went. I spoke and emailed the dealership prior to going asking about rebates they stated the price reflected price was one $2,500 rebate, that everyone buying that car qualified for. When we went to the dealership they presented a cost that was $4,500 higher than they listed on their website. They said that car was priced incorrectly. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the car salesman I couldn’t not. I asked again and he got him. I asked him to breakdown the price they were asking for minus the rebates they applied. Even if you included all the rebates which cannot all be applied at the same time but they did it. The manager could not come to the price on their website. He said he told his internet guy that wrong before he must not of taken it down. I said let’s look at another car we did and they couldn’t get the price to their internet listed price. He then told me he could if he used the Ford Flex pay rebate at $6,500 however that was not true because because the rebate is $3,500.and even using the fake $6,500 rebate they were still $3,500. My 76 old mother said she was glad I came with her because they would of took advantage of her. It is too bad, she really liked the car and they have 8 of them wish we could of made a deal. I had a friend have a bad experience with hidden fees at a different Ziegler this weekend as well. We have to as consumers come together and say these practices are not ok and expect better. Ziegler should do better and not try and take advantage of any consumers but especially not our seniors.
