I have had really bad experiences with Hyundai in general starting with the purchase of my car at an Illinois dealership. Subsequent visits to other dealerships (since I wouldn’t go back to the one where I bought the car) were equally bad. But my car broke down on the highway and the dealership was close by so I took my chances and went there. From the minute I parked the car they were taking care of me. It was really amazing. More

This was the second visit to determine what to do with 2023 Hyundai Elantra that was coming off lease. The first meeting frustrating due to not knowing all our options fully 1) trade in vale, 2) residual 2023 Hyundai Elantra that was coming off lease. The first meeting frustrating due to not knowing all our options fully 1) trade in vale, 2) residual value to buy out lease 3). New financing and or sales options assuming we may consider a trade in. The second meeting was much more smooth. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted to do to buy the car out and the process went surprisingly fast. More
