I scheduled my visit under Hyundai Factory Complimentary Maintenance for an oil change and tire rotation. While the service was completed, I was charged $115.95 for services that I believed were complimenta Maintenance for an oil change and tire rotation. While the service was completed, I was charged $115.95 for services that I believed were complimentary. I was not clearly informed ahead of time that the maintenance would be customer-pay, nor was my eligibility explained prior to checkout. Additionally, I was not provided with the complimentary car wash that is typically included with service visits. I would appreciate clarification regarding why complimentary maintenance was not applied and whether my VIN eligibility can be reviewed. Clear communication upfront would have made this experience much better. More
