They has a fair price. but there was a mouse nest in the engine compartment and a inner door seal that was hanging off.they didn't fix. Ziegler went out of their way to prove they were worth a look. We bought a 2025 Hyundai Palisade, and we couldn't have been happier. We were paired with Sean and Marcin and they were awesome!! The salesman was friendly. The dealership was clean. When it came time to discuss price, no promotion or discount was offered to me even though it was noted on other similar ve The dealership was clean. When it came time to discuss price, no promotion or discount was offered to me even though it was noted on other similar vehicles on the lot. The finance guy was arrogant and lacked knowledge. He charged me two separate freight fees. When I pointed it out and explained it he kept telling me they put the freight fee on the customer. I said I'll pay one of them but not double. I also asked why I didn't get any of the current discounts that are noted on other Sanata Fe's and why my payment is 30 days out when the promo says first payment is 90 days from purchase. He made no effort to keep my business or seek answers. Instead he said he already explained the numbers to me and I dont seem to understand, what do I want him to do. I slid the vehicle key back to him, asked him to cancel the whole contract, said I'm very upset and feeling taken advantage of, that I don't need this vehicle or stress, and to refund my down-payment because I'm ready to leave. He said okay and left the office. The sales manager came in. I explained everything to him. He acknowledged the double freight should not have happened. The finance guy then said, oh I thought it was a used vehicle. Overall, trust was broken and a very overwhelming experience. I left internally shaking because of how upsetting this experience was. More
