Above and Beyond! I stopped in to get an engine light checked out and asked last minute if they could do an oil change too. This was accommodated no problem! When picking up my car, the friendly gentleman made me aware of new tires and brakes I might be needing in a few months. I originally panicked a little, but I was assured it didn't need to be done immediately. It was so considerate for them to look at all aspects of my car without even asking and give me advanced awareness for future maintenance. They even washed it! Sales I seen one of their vehicles online and came to the dealership to inquire about it/possibly purchase it. They refused to show me the vehicle or do pap I seen one of their vehicles online and came to the dealership to inquire about it/possibly purchase it. They refused to show me the vehicle or do paperwork to get it, as well as any other vehicles, but instead showed me what they considered to be a vehicle for a “much better deal”. I asked to see the vehicle I originally had in mind several times, as well as a few others just to see a few options before deciding, they refused and said they wouldn’t be able to work out as good a deal. I quote: “Yea my manager said to show you this exact car, he won’t even give me the keys to the other one.” I agree to purchase the one they suggested, if we could come to an agreement on a pretty good deal for it, just to discover hours after I purchased it that the vehicle was faulty. It needed repair work done on it that I’m more than sure the dealership was aware of before selling it. I feel as though they basically wanted to get rid of the vehicle, which is why they stressed the fact of getting such “a great deal” on it. Very very disappointed. Very. More
