Does not respect customer time and not willing to discuss I would recommend not to go here.They were very unprofessional,and did not treat us with respect.I wanted to gift my husband a suv as a 40th birthday I would recommend not to go here.They were very unprofessional,and did not treat us with respect.I wanted to gift my husband a suv as a 40th birthday gift.We test drived 2018 santa fe sport with jovin last week.First visit was nice because we only did test drive.We did our research and went back to buy the car with in same week.Even after the scheduled appointment,they made us wait for nearly 2 hours. we patiently waited. We presented advertised quote from another dealer where we visited. His manager comes back and says "why did you come here when you got far less price in other store".He then Forced us to make call to other store to confirm.We took step down, left price match and start fresh,we shared our price we had in mind.Their next statement was sorry we cannot honor the price and we can try another store.Being themselves in industry for long,I feel there are other ways of informing content by not offending people.I wished they respect customers time as we went with 2 small kids. I have never seen a store dealing with customers like this.They were not even ready to negotiate or even talk.This happened to my friends too a month back. More
