Oil change and chevk A/C I had the oil changed, car inspected, and check the Air Conditioning for a strange noise. Wait time for not having parts when an appointment was made I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and spark plug change, when I got the confirmation it didn’t mention anything about spark plugs it ther I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and spark plug change, when I got the confirmation it didn’t mention anything about spark plugs it there was something else mentioned. When I called I was told it was just so that enough time could be allotted. When we came in for the for the service work to be done the spark plugs were not there and after two hours of waiting we were told such. Recommended we come back when they are in and at that time an appt an be scheduled. My rating are all poor due to this. My time as yours are very valuable and not having spark plugs is not acceptable More
