2018 X3 Service Over the past two years I’ve had multiple issues / problems with my 2018 BMW X3 - more than I’ve ever had in a car before (this is my first BMW) - and Over the past two years I’ve had multiple issues / problems with my 2018 BMW X3 - more than I’ve ever had in a car before (this is my first BMW) - and this was a new custom order. With that said - Zeigler BMW service has been amazing - very impressed. Ken and his staff are professional, very knowledgeable, and willing to do what ever it takes to keep their customers happy. My issues are with BMW quality - not Zeigler BMW. Ken always made sure I had a new BMW loaner car - making sure my busy schedule wasn’t interrupted. And although most of my problems were very complicated and some difficult to diagnose - Ken put on his investigative “hat” and found what was needed to correct each problem. Thanks Ken for taking care of me! More
