We so appreciated the straight forward honest attitudes of Brad and the finance guy and the guy who told us how to use the keyless start and everything else, Brad did go over all of it again when we went out to take the new car home. Two of the dealers does not even responded - One other responded by phone since they have my details from the past - even though I explicitly stated that I wanted to be contacted thru email only. Rosen's quote is even better than for Costco partnership dealer - substantially lower than invoice. When I picked up the car - I was treated respectfully and it was a pleasant experience. I am in and out of the dealer in 1.5 hours, and get my car. What a difference than my car buying experence in the past. More

I have bought many cars before and this dealership is by far the most pleasant to deal with that I've ever seen. They quoted me a price and I came in and I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THE CAR FOR THAT PRICE.
