From the minute we signed the papers on our new car, all customer service went out the window. Paperwork was not filed correctly, causing account issues with payments and credit reporting. When asked about this, it was quite a long process and I was told, "Sorry, I've just been busy." Meanwhile, we couldn't even renew our license plate because we didn't have proof we bought the car. We were offered an oil change and detail as a "sorry." No notes about this were put in, and the guy that offered was on vacation. This left the service team in a tough spot but they ultimately performed the services (shout out to Sharon in service. She is great). They forced us into buying LowJack but never activated it and turns out, it was faulty for the whole 4 months we had the car and had to be replaced. I talked to the GM who could only say "well I cant fix anything now so sorry" and "if you didnt like the salesman you had go with Junior next time." He then threw the salesman we had under the bus basically saying the other guy is better. Zero professionalism. If you want an easy car buying experience, I would not recommend coming here or if you do, wait for Junior because he seems to be the only decent one down there. More

I was welcomed and made to feel like I was at home. I also had the opportunity to watch firsthand everything that Junior and Caryn go through to make sure I got the best affordable deal. Not only were they friendly, informative, and working with zeal, they made me feel secure that I was at the right place. I also had the pleasure of have lunch with them while I waited to get my vehicle cleaned up and ready for the red carpet. Between Junior’s, great personality and Caryns amazing perseverance on getting the best deal, I can honestly say they have me as a customer for LIFE! #TeamdelaRosa was the best customer service I’ve ever received! Both Junior and his amazing wife Caryn helped me like a dream team! At first when I walked into Ziegler’s, I wasn’t sure what to expect and I was somewhat nervous; however, Junior quickly made me feel like I was one of his friends! His outgoing energy is very contagious, and his bright smile and kind eyes made me feel comfortable in a new environment. I’ve never met a nicer sales person who actually cared about my wellbeing and the quality of my time there, whether it was long term or short term. He was always offering me waters or snacks that they have all over their campus for their customers. I spent a lot of time with Junior and got to learn about himself as a person and his wonderful family he has displayed all over his office. When he learned I spoke Spanish as well, we clicked instantly; however if someone didn’t know Spanish, he uses his warm heart from his Mexican culture to welcome you and make you feel at home. Conversations flowed so easily and he always made me feel comfortable to speak up on my concerns. There wasn’t a single time where I felt rushed or like he was just trying to get my money. Junior is very popular at Ziegler’s for a reason! Both Caryn and Junior made myself( a first time car buyer and 19 year old) feel like I was protected and safe! I never once felt like I was being coerced into things that were unnecessary. Everything that the two went over with my mom and I were very transparent and clear to us. On all my test drives, Junior made sure everything was all set, the gas, the air pressure, everything! Even to the very end, Junior had set up a red carpet for me to take a picture by with my new car! 10/10 treatment from TeamdelaRosa!🌹 Junior and Caryn will definitely be a spot of recommendation for any car needs for my friends or family.
