Don't go to this Dealership, they have used cars that are lemons for sale. Bought a used vehicle, As-Is, of course but they could have fixed the car so I wouldn't have any issues within the first week of ow lemons for sale. Already, I have to put out of pocket cost of over $3,000.00 in repairs and I haven't owned the car for no more than two weeks. They possibly do something to the car to make it run good and once you purchase the car, everything they did to make it run like new starts to wear off, this is what it seems like. I talked to the General Manager about one of the issues and he said to me, to talk the Salesman that sold you the car, didn't want to get involved, why is he there then. I called as well, the Salesman about another issue, before talking to the GM, about the car and he talked to the Manager, but nothing happened as well, same result, no help. Sales manager won't even work with you, if you say that you are willing to pay the cost of the parts if they waive the labor costs to work with them, they will say no. Don't waste your money here on a used car at Zeigler Nissan of Holland and don't believe anything they say to you, it is just for you to buy the car, just FYI. Never would I have thought to receive such terrible service like this from a large car dealership like Zeigler. If you do buy a vehicle from there, good luck. More

From the minute we signed the papers on our new car, all customer service went out the window. Paperwork was not filed correctly, causing account issues with payments and credit reporting. When asked about this, it was quite a long process and I was told, "Sorry, I've just been busy." Meanwhile, we couldn't even renew our license plate because we didn't have proof we bought the car. We were offered an oil change and detail as a "sorry." No notes about this were put in, and the guy that offered was on vacation. This left the service team in a tough spot but they ultimately performed the services (shout out to Sharon in service. She is great). They forced us into buying LowJack but never activated it and turns out, it was faulty for the whole 4 months we had the car and had to be replaced. I talked to the GM who could only say "well I cant fix anything now so sorry" and "if you didnt like the salesman you had go with Junior next time." He then threw the salesman we had under the bus basically saying the other guy is better. Zero professionalism. If you want an easy car buying experience, I would not recommend coming here or if you do, wait for Junior because he seems to be the only decent one down there. More

Junior and Caryn were so so wonderful in helping me find a new car. Junior was patient, knowledgeable, and really amazing to work with. He made the whole experience fun and without stress.
