We had a great experience buying a certified used Nissan We started out looking at Elhart's great inventory of used vehicles. We found a few we liked and did research on our own about them. We narrowed our choice down to a couple of vehicles and applied for financing online. Elhart was very communicative while not being pushy. They called us to set up a time to come in and see the vehicles we were interested in. We picked the most expensive one we were looking at and asked them to pre-approve financing. We arrived Friday morning at 9:30am, test drove the vehicle we were interested in and finalized our choice. We sat down with the finance person and finalized the warranty and other options we would get with the vehicle and signed the paperwork. We left by noon in our car. Brandon and Victor were both extremely helpful and no-nonsense. I hate pushy car dealers. There was no pushiness. They are both awesome and I look forward to working with them again. More

way beyond what was expected When our car broke down suddenly out of state on our wedding day we made a call at the last minute to find a dealership nearby. When we called Elhart they were 10 minutes from closing but stayed open for us and then took care of everything! Derek in the service department made sure we had a car to use in spite of the late hour and Jeff was also so kind in letting us use his car!
