Excellent help with a lease I was about at my limit for mileage on my 2013 Rogue and still had six months left on the lease. He was able to get me out of the current lease and in to a 2016 Rogue with plenty of miles available without it costing me an arm and a leg! The new one, though, continues the same tradition, and happily so. Elhart's service is first rate for quality, precision, and timeliness; the sales team is more informative than pushy, willing to look up the answers to your questions if they don't already know off the top of their heads; and their professional staff (all of them, really) are competent, kind, and hospitable. For someone who commutes frequently between a residence in Chicago and one in West Michigan, their waiting area is generous in amenities: free wifi, snacks, coffee, and water, and even though some sort of food channel is always on, the volume is usually low and easily crowded out with ear buds. The biggest reason why Elhart has my loyalty, though, is because every single person I have dealt with - from sales to service, finance to body shop - every.single.person - has been kind to me. It's rare these days, you know. At Elhart, kindness is in abundance. In summary, it's good place with good people, for sure. More
