The salesmen’s that worked with us , listened, communicated and met us in the middle for an agreeable out the door price that we both agreed upon with accessories. Before and after completing the purchase I did not feel disrespected or cheated. I honestly felt the transaction was fair to both myself and Zeigler Subaru. after having my new (used) Chevy pickup truck motor need replacing within 300 miles of driving it off the lot and the $3200 aftermarket warranty that this dealer sold me deny coverage on that job, this deal replacing within 300 miles of driving it off the lot and the $3200 aftermarket warranty that this dealer sold me deny coverage on that job, this dealer took it upon themselves to do the (right thing) motor replacement job themselves without any warranty coverage help. it took them 11 weeks to do that. they gave me a new Forester loaner to use for the interim. even though i can say i'm not totally content with the situation entirely i did finally get an operable vehicle out of it. we liked the Forester so much i talked my girlfriend into considering one of them for herself to replace her older Honda with which she did and she's still happy she bought one and therefor i'm happy! the dealer 'stepped up' and i'll give them that! but i'm still a bit 'touchy' on this whole subject...
