Otherwise Rachel and the service manager were extremely nice and welcoming. I will be coming back. A Subaru enthusiast group in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois recommended this dealership. They fixed my tire problem. I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. It did take two trips since they had to order the replacement tire but all went well. I'm just sorry that I didn't get the names of all the people who helped so I could thank them in this review. A very personable young lady, Stephanie Hafez, introduced herself to us as one of the Subaru sales consultants and asked how she could help. She escorted us into the dealership and we all sat down. Stephanie asked what we were looking for and explained all the different options available to us. I gave her the price I was looking to pay along with the main options we were looking for. After listening to us, Stephanie suggested a vehicle on the lot that she thought we might like to try. It was a used loaded 2016 Forester Touring model. It was right in our price range and my wife and I loved it. On our test drive, Stephanie was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions in as much detail as we cared to know. She confessed to being a Subaru owner herself was very enthusiastic about owning a Subaru. Before buying the vehicle, Stephanie arranged for me to drive the vehicle into town and have my mechanic look it over. My mechanic loved it too. Overall, we had a very positive experience buying from this dealership. Joe greeted us at the door and then went through a series of questions to determine which Subaru would best meet our needs, Throughout the purchase process, he was friendly, no pressure and personable. He took so much time to completely walk us through the vehicle before we even took it off the lot. The test drive was not just a cruise around the block. It could have been a defensive driving class as he had me test out all the amazing safety features that the Outback has. Working with Aaron was also a seamless process and the paperwork process was easy and relatively quick. I will definitely be recommending Joe and Kenosha Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
