Remote Start Hi, Had a remote start put in my car. At the time of making an appointment was quoted $ 550.00, and had a 10 % off coupon. Expired May 6th. I believe, they said they could get me in on May 16th. but still would honor the 10 % great!! Took my car in & the guy said the price went down to $ 538.00. But said they would give me 10 % off the $550.00 but not off $538.00... HMMMM.... dont seem right. Would think I should of got Charged $538.00 - 53.80 = $ 484.20 + 26.63 = $ 510.83... NOT... $ 525.25 savings of $ 14.42 More

Ben is service dept was awesome Service dept did take carer of my airbag replacemnet and a few other repairs . I still have an issue that hadnt been found and repaired . Will have to come back in future but won't be happy to have to pay another deductible,towards warranty work . This issue should be coverered by warranty but that issue wasnt clearted and it wasnt fixed at that time. Id love to be able to bring it back and have it looked at and get it rerpaired without revisiting that $250 deductible again. Thank you Lynette Ross More

I was not planning on buying a car on that day, I was simply going to "test drive". My sales person Sway was highly knowledgeable on the Outback and "Sold" me on Key features, stuff that might have been missed, but he was very detailed, patient, personable and not pushy. The Sales Manager Scott was one of the Best Managers that I've worked with. He ensured that I was given the best deal, one that I could absolutely not say no to. When It came to signing the final paperwork, Derek was fantastic and so welcoming. At no point did I think I was being pressured to purchase, but they way the presented themselves and the deal given, I had no choice. I will be recommending Kenosha Subaru to my friends! More

The part I ordered was a different size from what the dealer stocks; and after a two week delay because of my schedule between the appointment and the installation. The part was the correct one that I had ordered. No mistakes at this dealership. Also the suggestion that I take advantage of a loner car instead of waiting for the work to be completed was the right advice. The loner was a new car and not something that was just laying around for that purpose. A great experience with this dealership and it's service staff. More
