Overall Excellent Buying Experience We purchased a new 2019 Ascent from Kenosha Subaru. We had looked at other brands as well but the overall experience at Kenosha Subaru was far superi We purchased a new 2019 Ascent from Kenosha Subaru. We had looked at other brands as well but the overall experience at Kenosha Subaru was far superior. The sales person was very knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the vehicle in detail. The test drive was very thorough and long enough to demonstrate all the key features. The dealership also helped us with financing and was able get a lower rate for a longer term than the banks. The delivery of the vehicle was timely and very smooth. All the paperwork was completed ahead of time and the whole process took about two hours including a complete demonstration of the vehicles features. Overall, our experience was excellent. Thank you Sway! More

From the minute he introduced himself to us driving off the lot, Sway was top notch. He knew everything we asked about the vehicle and pointed out a bunch of things we would have never noticed or known in the life of owning our car. Our finance associate Derek was also great. Up front all around and a military vet on top of it,thank you Derek for your service. All in all I would 100% recommend this Subaru dealership without question. We have owned 4 Subaru's in the past and been using this service center and have all great things to say about them as well. You cant go wrong. A huge thank you to Sway for making this the most relaxed and simple new car buying experience we've ever had!!! More

My son's first car My 16-year-old son purchased his first car, a 2007 WRX TR, at a different dealer and we took it to Kenosha Subaru for an inspection. Ryan Johnson and Adam Salinas went over our Subi and kept us up to date while Nic Gaede spent time with my son explaining specifics. We heard many great things from friends about Kenosha Subaru and were impressed with everyone’s knowledge. More

Delivery took to long and a lot of things were not explained about the features on the vehicle. Overall, they were friendly, and John was great to work with, however, I do not think I would lease from this dealer again as I was not happy with the process and felt they were unorganized. I do not like "surprises" and felt kind of overwhelmed when the vehicle was delivered. I explained when I went in that my husband was ill, which is why I went alone. When we went back for the final pick up we waited longer than I would have liked, mostly due to miscommunications in the original agreement. I hope our experience improves with future visits, but as of today I would refer people to Milwaukee. I still do not agree with having to pay for service on a leased vehicle and did it just to get the whole deal over with. We are somewhat regretting that we did not leave, however, we will live with our choice for three years and give the dealership a chance to prove their worth. I will see how our service goes as the lease moves along, however, I am a little skeptical that we will not be treated as well as we were by the Milwaukee Subaru. We went to Kenosha for convenience and I hope we do not regret it. I hope my children, who also lease Subaru's do not experience any issues at the end of their leases. Sorry, but we just felt unimportant. Happy New Year. More
