Made the best of an unfortunate situation I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the first handshake he was friendly and informative. He introduced me to Jake, the technician that would be working on my car and they both walked me through what they would be looking at/for. Unfortunately, there was a lot more wrong than expected :( Jake and Adam had me come in while my car was up on the rack and showed me everything that was wrong and made repair recommendations. Adam kept me updated through the whole repair process. When I picked my car up they both again were very informative on what was done in addition to recommending future service to keep it in top condition. I will not be going anywhere else for service and will absolutely recommend Kenosha Subaru! More
