Made the best of an unfortunate situation I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the first handshake he was friendly and informative. He introduced me to Jake, the technician that would be working on my car and they both walked me through what they would be looking at/for. Unfortunately, there was a lot more wrong than expected :( Jake and Adam had me come in while my car was up on the rack and showed me everything that was wrong and made repair recommendations. Adam kept me updated through the whole repair process. When I picked my car up they both again were very informative on what was done in addition to recommending future service to keep it in top condition. I will not be going anywhere else for service and will absolutely recommend Kenosha Subaru! More

Thrilled with my experience! Originally I had gone to the dealership because I was exhausted from another nearby dealership and wanted to revisit a vehicle I liked in the past, th Originally I had gone to the dealership because I was exhausted from another nearby dealership and wanted to revisit a vehicle I liked in the past, the crosstrek. Sway, my salesman, came out to see if I needed any help. My original answer to every question he had was no, no, no. I was tired after talking with frustrating salesman at the other dealership. Sway just kept informing me of what fantastic vehicles Subaru had to offer. Not only did he provide excellent information he also helped my mother-in-law by showing her a vehicle she was interested in. The more time I spent with Sway the more I was interested in purchasing a vehicle with him. He really took his time with me and helped me figure out what I actually was looking for. I actually felt bad at first because I had no direction as to what vehicle I wanted. He ended up showing me something I was not even considering, a newly redesigned Forester. At first I was apprehensive about the Forester but after spending time with Sway discussing the vehicle and all the excellent safety features I ended up buying the vehicle. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the purchase and the staff at Subaru in Kenosha, WI. I had contacted multiple dealerships to discuss and look at my options but Kenosha Subaru by far had the best options for me and the best customer service! They are the best Chicagoland dealership do not let any other dealership tell you any different! I will be sending all my friends and family to Kenosha Subaru!
