terrrible ending Obtained jeep from Stephens Point with transfer. Sarah on internet was super helpful with getting car here. Unable to test drive the day we discussed so set up instead of Monday to do on Wed. Never heard from Pahtricia after appt was set up if this was okay, emailed Sarah and was told Wed was okay. Wed went in and spent 5 hours with negogations with Patricia told her what is the reason we liked the car was for the certified with warranty. Patricia asked to see this so showed her on phone, we left with alot to think about. Recieved email next day from Scott told him what I needed was ti pay of trade in and some money for tires after going thru numerous emails we agred on tradein,price, money for tires and warranty. We went back in and verfied all when came to warranty Patricia left and Scott came and talked to us about how they dontbhonor warranty from another dealer. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THAT . Scott was rude saying we took everything he can give us .no warranty. I said why werentbwe told that upfront when we asked. He said we were by Patricia , I asked for Patricia tocome and be involved with conversation with no luck. We said whatever finish deal but we were never told that. LIARS. Did financing with no problem, super nice guy. We have excellant credit so was not worried . When time to leave didnt know where to get car or who to give our trade in keys to. Finance guy helped us.
