After receiving a discouraging diagnosis about one of our vehicles (a 2009 Santa Fe) we made the decision to replace it with something new- but thanks to a very complicated life (including a brand new puppy) we needed/wanted to get this transaction done in a single evening. Several good friends had raved to us about how happy they were owning a Subaru - AND we had heard good things about the Kenosha Subaru dealer. So we paid them a visit this past Friday evening, and by the time we were done we were in happy possession (via lease) of a new Impreza. We want to compliment Scott, the manager who first greeted us upon our arrival and was able to give us his attention even though he was understaffed at the time. Before too long, we were turned over to Reid- and he was friendly, thoroughly professional, and a complete pleasure to work with. We could not be happier - and thus far, we are delighted with the Impreza. More
