It was really 5 stars for the service I received but they gave me a scare by not having my appointment on the books when I got there. Very good product knowledge from the salesman and really tried to help us to under the vehicle details. We did not feel pressured to buy the car and we’re treated with politeness. I have a more complex (and apparently a lot more expensive) car to work on, being the BRZ versus the AWD vehicles that are normal at Subaru.
