The Service Department at Kenosha Subaru is more than outstanding! At my last service appointment, Rachel Johnson-Haase, Service Advisor went beyond the call of duty offering to call Subaru America for outstanding! At my last service appointment, Rachel Johnson-Haase, Service Advisor went beyond the call of duty offering to call Subaru America for my benefit to voice my extreme disappointment regarding a major mechanical issue that was found by their tech during a recall repair. I am very grateful to Rachel and Service Manager, Matt Rydberg for their concern for my safety and all they did to take care of my issue. I have had all my service done at Kenosha Subaru from day one and will continue to do so because of the wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff in the Service Department.
