Poor communication, Delayed work I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for brake replacement, and I received a loaner vehicle. The drop off with Adam went smoothly, he was very personable, and the loaner vehicle was great. The problem was that there was no communication throughout the day on when my car will be done and when it was completed. I was told that Subaru would be open until 9 pm, but when I showed up at 7 pm after work, I was approached by an employee who told me service was closed but he guessed he could let me in. It was very difficult to be satisfied with the service when no one was there to tell me everything that they did in my car. More

Appointment for recall went fine. Not sure I agreed with mechanic’s call on bald tires since rotated regularly and only 20000 miles. Also met with Laurie G about new lease. Friendly service staff but pay attention to the bill We are no longer doing business with this dealership because we felt a couple of times we were charged for things that did not need done. The service We are no longer doing business with this dealership because we felt a couple of times we were charged for things that did not need done. The service staff is very friendly, just this last time really urked me. We brought the car in for 1 light bulb in rear out. We just replaced both sides headlights a month or so, which the bulbs were not cheap. Apparently the bulb was working earlier in the day, but the mechanic said it was blown - yet my wife was not shown that it was truly out until after she was presented the bulb. PLUS changed out 6 light bulbs in the rear, when only we knew of one being out. Yea, they lost our business, but learned a lesson - watch your vehicle, and before fixing anything, request that you are shown prior. We were looking at purchasing a new vehicle, because the used car was costing us $$$ every month it seemed. Our first Subaru we purchased a year ago, might be our last. I did say that we will recommend if someone asks, but caution them to be attentive to what is done, and request that they ask to proceed with something not agreed upon prior. More
