I had my 16,000 mile checkup and my tire problem. Ben was my Service advisor. First paid vistit I arrived at the dealership on time and was promptly seen by the associate I see every time. That's a nice way to be consistent. I'm not sure if that's a coincidence but I like it. My service took about an hour, same as usual. I was charged a fair price for what the service they provided. Everyone was very friendly. I was shown my air filter, it was dirty, and he asked if it should be replaced. Always nice to be asked. When everything was done my associate explained what kind of service I got and showed me the price. By the way I loved the car wash, especially since it's winter in Wisconsin. A lot of salt. I got in and out pretty quickly. Overall a good experience. Well done. More
