Made the best of an unfortunate situation I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the I brought in a new to me Outback (purchased elsewhere) for a thorough check over the entire vehicle. Adam Salinas was my service advisor and from the first handshake he was friendly and informative. He introduced me to Jake, the technician that would be working on my car and they both walked me through what they would be looking at/for. Unfortunately, there was a lot more wrong than expected :( Jake and Adam had me come in while my car was up on the rack and showed me everything that was wrong and made repair recommendations. Adam kept me updated through the whole repair process. When I picked my car up they both again were very informative on what was done in addition to recommending future service to keep it in top condition. I will not be going anywhere else for service and will absolutely recommend Kenosha Subaru! More

They are efficient in getting the service I came in for done in a timely manner. I have dealt with Rachel in the past and she knows who I am the minute she sees me. I have not had a bad experience with any of the service people. Even when I call to make an appointment and have questions Matt and Jack address my concerns. However, this has nothing to do with service but it happened when I brought my car in for service. Lori G. was waiting for me in the waiting area to talk about me trading in my car. For one I was at the dealership close to 2 hours more than I wanted/needed to be. I am not thinking about getting a new car in the near future. I was curious to see what changes were made on the new cars, but that was it. She had the assumption I was going to buy the exact same car that I have, just newer. I never said I would buy another Forester. It could be a different car at your dealership. I am not in the market to change vehicles now! When I am looking, I look for a good interest rate and deal to get another lease. I did not know ahead of time Lori was going to be trying to talk me into another lease/car. I do NOT appreciate how Lori was waiting and trying to push me int a new lease. More
Great service as always I had a crossthreaded lug nut, and I broke it off when changing to my winter tires. I took the car in and they fixed it quickly, and at no cost!
