Mediocre Recall Servicing Took my Subaru in for a Tamaka airbag replacement. Service techs were friendly, and helped explain the process to me well. Pleasant in dealer. However, I had to call multiple times to figure out my car was done with the replacement, and upon receiving my car back, my front seats had some type of yellow staining on it, liquids were dumped on the center stack console, there were numerous harsh key scratches, and dirt stains all of my gauges. Would never recommend them for any actual service if you actually take care of your car and would like to see it this way. More

Absolutely no wait time, I was greeted by Jack Byrne, who in my opinion is one of the nicest most courteous and informative service advisors I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership and will be bringing my vehicle for all future repairs or maintenance. I am so glad I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. More

I am not a "computer person" as I like to deal directly with people but found this process very simple to use so I was grateful for that. Once I was at the appointment, the check in was smooth and the rep was very friendly. The work was completed quicker than promised.. Free coffee, clean restroom, friendly folks....what else is needed? After the service was completed, I had a question regarding any available parts to help my older dog get into my car....Jack sought out Bernie, in the parts department, and both were very attentive and helpful. Nick (in Parts Dept) later sent me an email to try to help solve my question. As this was a routine maintenance visit, that is all I can comment on. More

I went for a 75k service, which was going to take about 90-120 minutes. I was going to wait around and I mentioned that I needed to pick up my daughters from school and that it could not go past the 2 hour mark. She immediately said they can get me a loaner so that I don't have to be worried or rushed. I took the loaner and got a call when, my car was done. Much easier than waiting around. More
