I love my Subaru and one of the things I love more are the service people and advisors. I never feel anxious when I take my car in for service because they always ask me before they do anything I haven't the service people and advisors. The service department staff are very friendly and explain everything very well. It is great that they allowed me to see the damaged part on the vehicle while on the car lift. I recently had to have my headlights adjusted . I needed a loaner car overnight and it was no problem. Went like clockwork . Were great to help me with my self installed Subaru remote start. Subaru provided a bad unit "out of the box" and they help diagnose this and then programmed it for me after I replaced the controller remote start.
