Our car was due for its 90k mile scheduled maintenance. You had those coupons available when I had that appointment 4 days ago!!!! Why, or why did you not apply both of those coupons to my tire rotation and oil change this week??????? I do not understand why the dealership has not made the process easier and more comfortable. I have had much, much, much better experiences at other dealerships, including a different Subaru dealership in a different state. In the end, there was a critical error on the documentation which required document rework. This shows a lack of quality oversight on the document side and reduces my confidence in the dealership overall. More

I have no complaints at all regarding the service staff or the vehicle maintenance that was performed. However, I was disappointed in the apparent lack of a requirement for masking of customers in the wait or the vehicle maintenance that was performed. This was the 2nd time over the course of 5 days I've sat in the waiting area with 1 or more other customers not wearing masks. I am one of those COVID-19 "at risk" individuals, as is my wife. Wearing masks in public places has become a matter of simple courtesy for us and I expect the same from places where I do business. More
