Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. They told us we have 8 stripped lug nuts. You are the only company that has rotated the tires in the past. We all know you are the ones who stripped them. Taking care of my car. I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care the service personnel took for me and my Outback. Although the wait was more than I expected due I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care the service personnel took for me and my Outback.
