I am upset I had to pay for diagnostics again when my car was towed into service in November for the same symptoms it returned with in December. Excellent salesperson but......... Mark Cravatt, our salesperson, was an 11 out of 10 in providing us a sale. I would purchase another vehicle from Mark. Bob Rohrman, it is very apparent you have made many positive improvements at your Lafayette Subaru dealership but you need to work on improving your finance department personnel. More

Interior Front Driver seat torn and ripped Bob Rohrman Subaru Service Department staff along with Service Manager and General Manager lied to the customer. The work paperwork is from Bob Rohrman Hyundai-Genesis and does not match the one hour diagnostic paperwork that states Bob Rohrman Subaru, reason; two service department's and two different adresse's. Communication is lacking in all areas. Know one that I have spoken to have given me an honest answer. I have called and left voice messages but apparently the staff do not forward the messages onto the specific person. Staff do not return phone calls promptly or messages. The Subaru Outback vehicle still has a ripped edge seat and a big torn hole in the front driver seat interior. More
