Never got the title or refund within 30days I bought a Chevrolet during their big top sales event, They spent weeks making up excuses about not sending me the title or registration. Also the car broke the day I got it, the handbrake didnt work and the suspension was rattling, they refused to help. More

Took over 40 days to get title and refused to renew expired temporary plates after 30days. Charged deposit to reserve the vehicle, did not credit to the invoice, still waiting to get it back. Promised factory remote start, installed aftermarket as my wife who took the vehicle in did not know much about it. Sales guy promised to explain and setup all features, but scheduled a time for us to come when he is out of office. How convenient is that? And then stopped responding to texts. I love my Subaru, but next time it will be purchased from a dealer who cares about customers, not sales volume More
