Service Department is a Mess! I have purchased 1 and leased 2 Subaru's at Bob Rohrman over the years. The 4th was leased at Falcone Subaru in Indianapolis. Which is 45 minutes I have purchased 1 and leased 2 Subaru's at Bob Rohrman over the years. The 4th was leased at Falcone Subaru in Indianapolis. Which is 45 minutes away. The reason I switched to Falcone is the sales tactics Rohrman tried on me as I tried to lease Subaru #4. This review is more towards my recent service visit to Rohrman on 8/3/2019. I used the Express service lane for my 6,000 mile oil change. The oil change work was done under my pre-paid maintenance agreement. After explaining my reason for being there and the fact that the work is going to be done under my maintenance agreement, I leave at about 1:45 pm. 17 minutes later I receive a text from service dept. stating they discovered my "rear total toe is out of spec". They asked, would I like to have it re-aligned under a warranty claim. After texting Yes, I found myself wondering why after only 17 minutes of dropping off the vehicle for an oil change they would locate a suspension problem that I had no idea I had? This when I only brought the car in for an oil change. The car drove wonderful up to me bringing it in. After waiting 3 hours for the "It's ready" text from them, I texted asking when it would be finished. I immediately received a the response of "Just got done". Upon arriving to get my car, the service person tries to charge me $88 for the oil change stating, "You do not have the service agreement". After some back and forth, she realized I was right and I don't owe anything. Also she stated that since she believed there was no maintenance agreement the tires were not rotated. But if I would like to come back they would do it for Free! Obviously it would be free through the plan. So to end this, I took the car through the Express Lane on a weekday for routine 6000 mile maintenance. I ended up waiting 3 hours for them to correct a possibly phantom alignment problem, change the oil and filter and rotate the tires, which never got done. This service department is a mess. The facility is beautiful and they did a nice job washing the car but that is about it. More
Periodic Maintenance I was greeted by Service Advisor as I got out of my car. My car was due for an oil change and she knew that and knew my name ( I had not made an app I was greeted by Service Advisor as I got out of my car. The service was done relatively quick and I was on my way in less than an hour. More
Money hungry and lazy I constantly have to keep taking my vehicle in after they claim to repair it. WORST SERVICE CENTER I have a 2015 3.6 Subaru Legacy wich I could only lease from Bob Rohrman. Every time it got serviced something bad would always happen. My windshield I have a 2015 3.6 Subaru Legacy wich I could only lease from Bob Rohrman. Every time it got serviced something bad would always happen. My windshield got damaged, paint chipped off, dents and also somehow my engine cover was never put back on. They always tried to say I was the one causing the damage. That the employees were honest and would have told them if they damaged anything. Always deny, deny, deny...they never knew how it happened. Now that I can use a different dealership I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BOB ROHRMAN DEALERSHIPS. More
Never go to Bob Rohrman Have taken my 2015 Subaru Legacy for service and always gets damaged. Mechanics have no clue what they are doing.
