Carra was my service rep the day I had a unrepairable tire. Post covid meant that supplies were low, so the tire wouldn't be available for a couple of days. I also had other stressors, and Carra quickly saw my distress and found a way to have a free loaner vehicle from the dealership for me to use. It was really quite amazing, and I was so very thankful!
