I’m in the shop frequently for service and there’s a few details to note. First, there’s a very heavy turnover in advisor staff so that certainly makes you wonder how positive the employees environment is. details to note. Second, I get the same two combos of service, synthetic oil change, and oil change and tire rotation, but somehow every time I pay the price is different. Every time. Third, I requested a price quote to instal parts I already purchased, and was very disappointed that a $25 charge would occur for a five minute task. Fourth, scheduling an appointment is essentially worthless. No matter what the wait time is longer than it should be. Fifth, for as busy as they are, why do they only have so few advisors checking in customers, and handling calls. It’s impossible to get in or out, or to call without substantial wait times. And finally, attend to detail is questionable. I’ve become accustomed to reminding the advisor to have techs check items specifically that are supposed to be part of a multipoint inspection such as fluids and tire pressure. More

Appreciated the hands on experience in service, but felt the oil change was way too expensive. Our first and last visit for an oil change. The oil change was messed up (leaking oil afterwards). When we called about it they said to come in, no appointment needed. We went in and then they told us to was too late in the day after waiting a long time. So we made an appointment for the next day, waited HOURS and still not to be seen. They had overlooked our van in the workflow and by this point we had to leave. They told us to come back later and the manager would make sure it was done ASAP. So we took it back again and sure enough, the first oil change was messed up and had to be redone. So 4 visits for 1 oil change to be done right. They offered us a coupon for the mess up, but honestly we will just go back to where we had been going to spare the hassle! More
