My service was great! I am on my 3rd Subaru and with all my quality issues with my Crosstrek I wasn’t planning on purchasing or leasing in the future. I have no words. I was treated well at their service department but after the time they had my car I was told this is how my car was designed and they could not find anything wrong. Needless to say, my department but after the time they had my car I was told this is how my car was designed and they could not find anything wrong. Needless to say, my car is at another dealership where they have found my issue and called in an engineer to look at it. They conclude that its an issue with my cvt transmission and its covered under my warranty. More
