horrible experience I know used cars are used cars but I still bought a car and paid good money for it. They lie say they do their safety checks and they don't. You need I know used cars are used cars but I still bought a car and paid good money for it. They lie say they do their safety checks and they don't. You need to have a recorder on while you talk to them Otherwise they lie and won't go thru with things they agreed too. My check engine light keeps coming on they say they fixed it ...so why does it keep coming on? I try and take it back to get it fixed they can't do anything all sudden. Note that I haven't taken it anywhere else because if I do that they won't touch it. They told me the brakes were alittle rough because the cold weather and not being driven for awhile. Come to find out the rotors are warped and the pads are worn out. It clearly states in their safety check they were supposed to be checked. This didn't just happen over night. I only bought the car a week ago. Never buy a car from here again and to think I wanted to drive this car for winter and and buy a new Camry come summer. I will be going else where. Just because it's a used car doesn't mean I should be treated this way being told its a used car you only paid so and so much for it. Money is money I worked hard and paid for the car cash. More

Horrible Experience We went in to test drive a car on a Saturday and were met by Jim L. He was very nice and professional. We were not looking to buy on Saturday but knew We went in to test drive a car on a Saturday and were met by Jim L. He was very nice and professional. We were not looking to buy on Saturday but knew that we would be back to look over the cars and talk pricing again when we had more time. We went the following Monday and were met by a woman who said she was really new and didn't know much about the pricing options or sales. She passed us off to the rude, inconsiderate manager who proceeded to talk down to us and tried to sell us the lower version of the car when we wanted the mid range. When I started trying to negotiate with him, he started telling us about how things aren't like they used to be and they need to make a profit. I'm all about you making a profit, but not when it comes to us being ripped off when we know we can get a better price elsewhere. I asked him for a quote on what we were talking about and he wouldn't give me one. He said a hand shake is just as good as a paper quote. I'm sorry, but it's not, and you're trying to make it so that I can't shop elsewhere. You may be the only game in town, but there are a LOT more Toyota dealerships in Wisconsin. We got up to walk away because we weren't getting anywhere, he didn't say a word to us. Never recommending them or shopping there again. More
