Never Ever Buy a car from this dealership. The manager openly lied to us. He tried (Jacob) to tell us the price of the vehicle changed last weekend when clearly we had email confirmation from the dealersh openly lied to us. First experience with Zeigler Toyota Racine and I must say the people in this dealership were absolutely amazing. Disappointed ... very disappointed. I had a signed purchase agreement from before Zeigler took over the dealership. We had a car on order which finally arrived. As it arrived and we are doing the pa purchase agreement from before Zeigler took over the dealership. We had a car on order which finally arrived. As it arrived and we are doing the paperwork somehow the price had changed and increased. Ray, who was working with, pointed out where the price change was and just that it's more now with Zeigler. I'm not even honestly sure if that is legal as often when a business is purchase are they not liable to satisfy all outstanding agreements? The matter is just over slightly $100 which in the scheme of a new vehicle is not a lot however the ethics behind it leaving me questioning why anyone would want to go to this dealership. More

No customer service here excepting the cashier. I arrived on time for 25k service appointment. Service personnel did not appear enthused on the prospects of arriving customers. Finally got their attention. They then started to inform me on the issues to be addressed during 25k service (all out of warranty) plus brake system flush ($179). Light duty service at 25 k according to Toyota on-line ($20~$26 est.) includes -Rotate tires -Check installation of driver's floor mat -Inspect and adjust all fluid levels -Inspect wiper blades -Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs This dealership is obviously wanting to separate the consumer from their wallet! No where is it recommended to flush brake system at this low mileage and service usage (normal). I'll be taking my vehicle instead to Wilde Toyota in West Allis. The West Allis dealership has always been up-front regarding out of pocket cost of ownership. Racine dealership needs a bunch of customer service specific improvements before I reconsider giving them business. Avoid at all costs. More

Worst experience I have ever had. It was labor day I did the quote on the website, I called to confirm and received an email. I felt uneasy due to getting very evasive and general answers with disclaimers. the quote on the website, I called to confirm and received an email. I felt uneasy due to getting very evasive and general answers with disclaimers. I finally got Adrian Basich on the phone, I sensed sliminess right off the bat. He started to insult me and say I am wasting his time, since he decided to work on Labor day to provide the public with great deals. In any event, I said before I waste my time driving an hour away, can you confirm the car is avail and the deal that was formed on the website is accurate. He said your asking me to marry you without seeing you! I know this was a longshot, against my better judgement I cleaned out our car grabbed the title and made my way to the Dealership. He started by acting super busy, then adding he was doing me a favor since he's so busy, he also commented that he couldn't see my face and might not give me a good deal (Since i was wearing a mask) then he said the deal had to change and he offered me 5k lower for my trade in, I told his salesman that was unacceptable and walked! Don't waste your time, he is truly the type of guy you read horror stories about, no shame, no respect, and downright dishonest. Save yourself sometime and go to a different dealer in Milwaukee that is centrally located and has a stellar reputation! BTW Adrian is new GM at this dealer since Ziegler just purchased it, they brought him over from Hyundai, I certainly hope toyota gets wind of this guy and his reputation, he will cause some great damage to the reputation of the brand!
