Very respectful, polite, intelligent, prompt, knowledgeable. Even when I called to ask about the vehicle, making sure it was actually there. Because you know how some places use bait cats to get you in. Fiona who answered the phone was on top of her game. I appreciated that. They work with educators credit union which is my credit union. Just a mile up the road.I was pre approved, so I went up the road gave them my paperwork, and within a 1:2 hour I was able to Return with a check for my vehicle. I ran out of time so I couldn’t finish my paperwork. But it’s fine it gives them time to clean and re inspect things for me. This is a great team of people, with a relaxed environment, that make you feel valued as a customer. When I find someone I like I stick to them. And I’ll be sending anyone I know l, or who ask me to go to theses guys. They all have great energy and you can feel it when you enter their building. Elvis I’d my go to guy. But I would be happy to work with any of their team. Their just off the expressway so east to find and get to. Check them out you won’t be disappointed. My wife and I went to Zeigler Toyota more on a fact finding mission than anything else but would up, finally, buying a new 4Runner to replace a 17 year old well worn SUV. Jacob Derlaga was our salesman and was excellent to work with. He explained everything well to my wife and I and they took my aged trade in sight unseen as I didn't want to drive it up there from our home in the North West Suburbs of Chicago. We finalized the deal and we ran home to get my trade in to turn it in. When we returned with my trade in (That one dealer said they wanted nothing to do with), he took the plates off it and transferred them to my new 4Runner. Jacob did an excellent job setting my cell phone up to my 4Runner and explaining some of the whys and wherefores of the auto to us. The finance lady was really cool and explained everything very well to my wife and I. We did get the extended warranty having been burned by not having one on a car we owned years ago and she explained that all very well. When my wife's Camary needs to be replaced we're going to Zeigler Toyota. They rock and I highly recommend doing business with them. More
Elvis, our salesman was OUTSTANDING! ! He bent over backwards to help us. He even answered questions right when the dealership opened. The finance lady was WAY TOO PUSHY!! She tri ! She tried talking us into maintenance agreement that we didn’t want. There were a lot of bada bing, bada booms coming from her. I would hire her in a minute to sell swamp land in Florida. Beware of the unadvertised dealer markups (around 20%) on new cars, the $500 security tracker fee, the $2500 'ceramic coating' and the other supposedly mandatory fees they add. Expect to pay 50% more than the "Smart Price" on their website for a new car. More

Buyer Beware! !! I went to purchase a new vehicle several weeks ago at Ziegler. They didn’t have the vehicle in stock but was in transit. They informed me of the p !! I went to purchase a new vehicle several weeks ago at Ziegler. They didn’t have the vehicle in stock but was in transit. They informed me of the price and showed me a sheet with what it would cost at the end. They already add $4999 for the dealer mark up but then added ZGuard for $2500. I asked about that and Mitch told me all the cars come with it so it’s automatic. I said I am not paying for it so it was taken off. They told me they only do $1,000 or more for a deposit. I put down the deposit and they wanted me to go to financing right away. I asked why would I fiancé a vehicle before I even have it. So they quickly changed their tune and said they would notify me when it’s in. I received a call yesterday from Mitch letting me know it was in and would be ready by the end of the day. I then told him I couldn’t make it in by the end of the day but could make it this morning at 9am. I was on my way when Mitch called me and said financing would not be available until 10am. I told him I was on my way and needed to look at the car before purchasing anyways. I looked at it and he said he needed to take it to get it washed and the mats put in. So it was not ready! Then I sat there for a long time and was waiting for financing and no one not even the sales Manager Dakota even acknowledged me sitting there. All the sales people ignored us and were in the sales managers office where they could clearly see us sitting. Finally they said my car was ready and I went to look at it and there was mud on the floor mat, door frame and door. Clearly a bad delivery. Dakota did take care of it when brought to his attention after we were there for 1 he and 45 min and looking for him. Still nothing with finance yet. Finally got in with Brad the very rude finance manager that informed us he has been in the business for 31 years and he is very shady. He told me about the gap insurance and told me he is required to include it since I am financing from Toyota. He then said if I refused it could change my interest rate. This I know is illegal. He did get me in the end after he was pushing all the paperwork through I got home and noticed I signed paperwork for LoJack. I didn’t even know what this was and had to look it up. Never even told me it was and it was not a requirement to purchase. Very shady dealership so be aware if you are purchasing a vehicle from them. More
