Quick visit to purchase a 2018 RAV4 XLE I received great service from the three sales associates I encountered at Racine Toyota. However, I did not receive the correct finance paperwork for the bank and had to contact the dealership to correct their finance forms. After leaving the dealership and making it all the way home I realized the front plates were never placed on my new RAV4. When returning to Racine Toyota. I asked to speak with the sales manager about these two issues I had encountered while at the dealership. He rudely brushed me off at the dealership and spoke down to me. He told me that there was nothing he was going to do for me based on my inconveniences. More
