Very cool dealership I was shopping around for a Toyota Highlander from many different dealers including Chicago area. Many of the dealers felt like they were just going t I was shopping around for a Toyota Highlander from many different dealers including Chicago area. Many of the dealers felt like they were just going thru the motions but not truly committed in helping me, and others were trying to be very customer centered but would mess up by over promising and not able to follow through. Racine Toyota did very well the moment I arrived showing me the vehicles highlights, honoring the lower price from a previous dealer, making it real easy through the whole process. Even after the purchase offered to make sure my phone was connected and continued to show me the benefits . The dealer I seen before Racine Toyota had all these awards sitting in the salesmanship desk, but I didn't feel I was getting that service when I was there . The quality of service was much higher at Racine Toyota. Thanks. More

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall I was not fully satisfied with the dealership mainly because they did not think of how the sale would affect their reputation. They were not willing to do what they can do , which they know they are allowed to do. My impression of the following employees: Patrick Carr - he seems intimidating, arrogant, and discriminating. I listened to him talking to a customer, and I felt unfortunate when he dealt with me. Aaron Redding- he needs more training with sales and marketing . I can't believe him encouraging me to buy a product that works in lieu of the feature of the product he is selling. Jason Webster- he was more pushy and didn't care about after sales effect. Robert Rocha- I find him honest and gave me good options. I like Toyota , but I'm going to different dealership. More

I'm not from the Racine area and I have other Toyota dealerships that are closer to me but I would highly recommend Racine Toyota and Jakub. More
