The service rep. was pleasent&efficent. My first surprise was when I went into the waiting lounge-no snacks of any type snack vending mach. mostly empty. Your basic coffee dispensers for reg.&decaf which was empty. In all other toyota dealerships snacks and beverages including soda&flavored coffees are a standard including other makes dealerships-CHEAP. My next disappointed is when I walked out to my car when it was done-it had not been washed not a rainey or snowy day this again is a standard at all dealerships to wash the vehicle after service again CHEAP. In sumation I will be buying&having service elsewhere if your cutting corners in these afore mentioned areas one wonders where else More
