Wow what an experience! Vicki and Melissa were so very helpful. I Bought a car from Zeller this week on Monday before getting home the fender and Bumper separated. After Speaking to Billy the sales Manager he said take it to my Body shop if it is prior damage they wo getting home the fender and Bumper separated. After Speaking to Billy the sales Manager he said take it to my Body shop if it is prior damage they would make it right and pay. At the Body shop for repairs they came in to show me the car had been wrecked and they glued the bumper and fender back together to hide the damage.The headlight assembly is also broken. That is over $1600.00 by it's self. I told the sales Manager Billy they can get me a loaner car and do the repairs themself. He got snippy and said I don't think it was previous damage and I am not doing anything. I said I don't want to go thru legal but will if we have too. so he said have your attorney call mine and Hung up. I am a 69 year old Disabled Senior and won't take that crap from a snot nosed kid that is Power hungry. I have contacted the Dealership Owners and am awaiting a response. The Attorney General of the State,BBB, cars.com and Car Fax have all been notified as to this fraud. I am Irish and German in Heritage and will not allow this to go unchallenged. All I want is the car fixed correctly. More
