Service was what I had expected. They fixed the air bag light that was covered under warranty. However I had a two month wait just to get my car in to be looked at. 2020 Sonata SEL Plus. Waited eight weeks for an appointment. Was told they needed to order a part for a known problem that I told them about before the appointment. They s Waited eight weeks for an appointment. Was told they needed to order a part for a known problem that I told them about before the appointment. They said the part would be in in one week but I had to wait another eight weeks for another appointment. I don't think I should have had to go to the end of the line. On the second visit they determined that the only problem was a loose wire, and no new part was needed. Why didn't they figure this out on the first visit? There were also billing/ warranty issues that had to be resolved. They also failed to discuss issues that came up during their inspection. More
