From the moment Darren greeted us in the parking lot and listened to what we were hoping for and looking for (which seemed like a unicorn) up until we left with a new vehicle, he never put any pressure on us to make an on the spot decision. Darren listened to what we were looking for, honestly told us what they might have and worked with us day (& night) to find the right vehicle. He even took time to come in on his day off and finalize everything for us. At no point did we feel like we were just another number. This dealership and their salesmen truly care about their clients and kept the process simple and fun for us the whole time. Our Experience On Friday, March 24, my wife and I traveled from Whitewater to Zimbrick in Madison to view a car we were interested in. By the time we got there, the car was in front of the dealership ready for us to examine and test drive. We met John Leung, assistant manager, who answered our questions and concerns. After a discussion with John, a deal was struck. There was no high pressure or typical game playing that we’ve experienced in the past from most other car salesmen. We took the car home later that afternoon. After a weekend of driving and having my personal mechanic examine the car, a few problems came up. I called and explained the issues to John, who suggested we have the problems resolved at a local Subaru dealer and then send him the paid bill, which I did. Within 10 days, we were totally reimbursed by Zimbrick for all the work done. My wife and I would like to thank John Leung who made our experience a positive one. We will highly recommend John Leung at Zimbrick to any interested car buyers, and make them our first choice in the future. More

No sure if that is the normal practice -- I had safety concerns and waiting a whole week to repair the "grinding noise" was worrisome. So a simple return call leads an earlier appointment - all repaired and rolling again. More
