System recall update led to a harness replacement I had a system update that was part of a recall that was done while I was getting an oil change done. I was told that the system update triggered my c I had a system update that was part of a recall that was done while I was getting an oil change done. I was told that the system update triggered my check engine light to come on. Steve was very informative and helpful in getting me a loaner while the repair was being done. The part took some time to get in and overall took about 2 weeks for the part to arrive and it to get installed. Everybody was very helpful through the process and the access to a loaner car made the repair transition seamless. More

Steve Wendlandt has been my service advisor for the past year and I greatly appreciate his counsel on what should be done and when. I there on Monday, April 8 for an oil change/tire rotation and recommended update by Hyundai. I love the fresh baked cookies and delicious coffee at this service center. This center is fast, efficient and reasonable. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you! More

Early Spring oil change I actually like coming down to Zimbrick Hyundai. It's a nice drive from Beaver Dam and the people are very courteous and if I have a question they ha I actually like coming down to Zimbrick Hyundai. He worked with Steve who fit us in on short notice and got the problem resolved quickly. My husband thought it might be the starter or the alternator and we figured we would need to spend some money to replace one of them. It turned out our remote was dead and it drained our battery. Zimbrick Eastside being a honest and trust worthy business checked everything out and got my car back on the road fast. Thank you Steve for being up front and getting this resolved quickly. This is why my family uses Zimbrick eastside for my car needs. More
