Poor service The salesman knew nothing about the car he was selling, which was a Toyota Camry 2013. When I asked if I can have the car checked by a mechanic, he sa The salesman knew nothing about the car he was selling, which was a Toyota Camry 2013. When I asked if I can have the car checked by a mechanic, he said yes, but he would have to go with me because, in his words, he was afraid that the car's parts may be changed. So basically he said right to my face that he was a afraid that I was a thief. Then he said I would have to sign a deal that I will buy the car if the check doesn't show any issues with the car. Again he probably thought I was either a thief or an idiot who is willing to spend half a day going for and paying for the check while not seriously interested in buying. His manager actually disregarded this stupid idea of signing a deal later, so we agreed to schedule an appointment for the car check the following Monday at 11am. 9am on Monday the salesman called me to confirm the appointment. Everything looked fine until 10:30 when he called me again saying that the car would be taken away for service and not available until about 3pm. So, he cancelled on me 30 minutes before the appointment and hoped that I would take the entire day off to go back for the car. Enough is enough. I did not and will not go back to this dealer ever! SOLD ME A VEHICLE WITH LEAKING HEAD GASKET I purchased a 2006 Nissan Frontier from Zimbrick Nissan, on the east side. From the day I bought it home the engine would vibrate when I turned the ve I purchased a 2006 Nissan Frontier from Zimbrick Nissan, on the east side. From the day I bought it home the engine would vibrate when I turned the vehicle on. As I'm not mechanically inclined, I assumed this was how the engine normally functioned. Turns out that ignorance on my behalf & crookedness on their (zimbricks) behalf would cost me an additional $2000 only months after my purchase. I tried to call them and explain my situation but they was very stern & unhelpful. I will never do business with them again & I hope this comment will save another hard working individual, his/her, hard earned money. The gentleman that sold me this death trap, goes by them name of Steve. He is heavy set, grey hair, wears glasses & in his early sixties. He was also the man who was nice on the day of taking my hard earned money, yet didn't want to know me when the broken head gasket was diagnosed. It gets worse. When I tried to re advertise the vehicle that they initially had for sale for $12000. I saw it's real value of $7000 at best. Crooks! More
