I gave high marks in all areas because they deserve high marks. The customer service my husband and I received from both Ryan Wilmot and Ed Koziel was exceptional. I had not planned to buy a car from Zimbri marks. The customer service my husband and I received from both Ryan Wilmot and Ed Koziel was exceptional. I had not planned to buy a car from Zimbrick Eastside because of the distance from our home on the far west side of Madison. I happened to be on the east side and as I was just beginning my car search I thought I'd pick up some information. Ryan addressed all my questions in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. After test driving the car of my dreams a couple times I was sold. We decided to purchase our car from this dealership because of the excellent customer service, despite the distance from home. We then had the privilege of working with Ed Koziel, the Finance Manager and were equally impressed. He was friendly, surprisingly laid back (thought all finance managers were a bit high strung), knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide several financing scenarios. As we had done our homework, the price came very close to what we expected, anticipated and hoped to pay. We added a few features to our car and Ryan kindly delivered the car to my place of work in order to save me the trip. Couldn't ask for more. Customer service is lacking all around us lately but not here at Zimbrick Eastside. More
1/29/12 email from Clay Luttrell, Nissan Sales Manager, stated that trade in would range from $20,000-$25,000 and that we would be treated more than fairly. He offered us $13,000 for a pristine car with l stated that trade in would range from $20,000-$25,000 and that we would be treated more than fairly. He offered us $13,000 for a pristine car with less than 6,000 miles and that had a new 2011 sales sticker close to $40,000. Totally deceptive and misleading unethical practice to get me into his showroom. Had previously purchased 2 cars from Zimbrick, Inc. in the past year and did not expect such blatant bad faith treatment be given to a loyal customer. Would not suggest dealership to anyone with a heartbeat because life is too short! More
Contacted Zimbrick Nissan for service and warranty work for a Nissan Xterra 12/13/11. Spoke with John in the service department, and I explained to John I needed a clutch, rear main seal, and some recall for a Nissan Xterra 12/13/11. Spoke with John in the service department, and I explained to John I needed a clutch, rear main seal, and some recall warranty work performed and for him to please email me the quote. I was repeatedly interrupted and when asked to email the quote he stated with a resounding NO!!! and was told he would not email me the quote, he would only tell me over the phone. When I asked about the price for parts he promptly stated I would have to contact the parts department if I wanted to know how much that part of the quote would be!!!. Hmmm so nothing in writing, so when I drive all the way to the dealer and the price for labor and parts changes I have no argument other than what I was told over the phone. John and the rest of Zimbrick Nissan should re-read their job description and understand that the customer comes first not the dealership. Maybe a class in etiquette, personal interaction, and technical knowledge would benefit the employees at Zimbrick Nissan greatly. More
I had an appointment for oil change. It took 2, 5 hours to do that. Nobody came and got me when my car was done. And I even didn'g get an appology. I never gonna come back. to do that. Nobody came and got me when my car was done. And I even didn'g get an appology. I never gonna come back. More
Ryan Wilmot his sales manager and general manager are all very good people, fair, informative but not pushy. Their pricing is fair and reasonable! My wife and I now have bought or leased 4 Nissans from Zimbr very good people, fair, informative but not pushy. Their pricing is fair and reasonable! Oh, how this was unpleasent. Tried to get an internet quote. Was argued with and acted surprised when I was unhappy as he couldn't keep his commitments and he kept asking what car I wanted. This has happ quote. Was argued with and acted surprised when I was unhappy as he couldn't keep his commitments and he kept asking what car I wanted. This has happened in person a few years ago, where we were very close to buying a Nissan -- and they stopped calling. We were essentially one phone call away, and, they stopped calling with updates about pricing. Yawn. We went down the street and bought our second choice. More
I agree w/ other reviewer. I submitted a request for price quote 3 days ago. Not a peep back. Also, we had a rattle in or Pathfinder. Service said it was $400 exhaust repair needed. Come to find out it price quote 3 days ago. Not a peep back. Also, we had a rattle in or Pathfinder. Service said it was $400 exhaust repair needed. Come to find out it was catalytic converter UNDER warranty. Fortunately I went elsewhere. Finally, their inventory is low. Pathetic excuse for dealership! More
Purchased a new car (03 Murano) that refused to start about 10 hours after purchase due to blown fuel pump fuse. Happened again one month later. Dealer refused to do anything. Happened again six month about 10 hours after purchase due to blown fuel pump fuse. Happened again one month later. Dealer refused to do anything. Happened again six months later. Nissan finally agreed to take the car back after I discussed filing a lemon law suit and posting my experience on line. Bottom line is that dealer isnt serving their customer; they're serving themselves at the expense of customers though their propaganda says they put customers first. More
I requested a quote from Zimbrick Nissan. They were not quick to respond so I tryed again. They did finally quote me a price but they were really high compared to the other area Nissan dealer. When I quest quick to respond so I tryed again. They did finally quote me a price but they were really high compared to the other area Nissan dealer. When I question them on their high quote I didn't get a response. They didn't seem interested in earning my business. More
